The inaugural Asian Lantern Festival: Into the Wild at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens will feature over 30 elaborate, hand-made lanterns, including a 200-foot dragon, which illuminate from within. This event, in partnership with Chinese Lantern & Dragon Lights Festival company Tianyu Arts and Culture, Inc., will include authentic Chinese crafts and artisans. Food trucks will be onsite nightly.
Asian Lantern Festival: Into the Wild, will run Wednesday through Sunday evenings from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, November 20, 2019 through January 12, 2020 (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas). This is a separately ticketed event and is not included with regular Zoo admission.
Tickets will be available for purchase online only; tickets will not be available in-person. General admission will be $18.50 per person. A special four pack of tickets is being offered for $50.00. Zoo Annual Pass Holders receive a discounted price of $15.50 per person. Tickets must be purchased for a specific date and will only be valid for admission on the date listed on the ticket.
