Tampa International Airport is hosting its first 2021 Hiring Day to connect job seekers with airport restaurants and shops and get them hired on-the-spot. TPA concessionaires are looking to fill 185 positions, including cashiers, sales associates, supervisors, cooks, baristas, bartenders, shift leaders, and managers.
Seven of the Airport’s concessions operators – representing 55 of TPA’s restaurants and shops – will be part of the hiring event.
There will be two days of interviews for open positions. In-person interviews will be held on Tuesday, February 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the main terminal of the airport. Look for the event on level three between Hard Rock Café and P.F. Chang’s. Candidates should bring two forms of unexpired identification issued by a government authority, one of which must have a photo. Job seekers can park for free in the Short Term Garage. Face masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.
On Wednesday, February 24, there will be virtual group interviews held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Whether attending in person or online, all candidates must register online to attend. Space is limited.
