Concerned about cancellation policy, at this time of COVID this very important in deciding whether to book room for the family.
Reading your cancellation policy if cancellation is within 21 day prior to arrival money is forfeited.
If there is a trip protection (travel insurance purchased) some portion is refunded unless cancellation is less than 5 day prior to arrival , money is forfeited.
Do you sell the travel protection (insurance and how much)
Very interested for 2 rooms with 1 child age 9 and another child age 2 but concerned about refund policy in case of illness.
Planning for Nov 26, check out Nov 27. Any suggestions to make us feel comfortable booking?
