Guests are invited to celebrate New Year’s Eve safely at SeaWorld Orlando with limited capacity and enhanced safety procedures. To promote safe physical distancing while still offering incredible views of the fireworks displays around the park, SeaWorld has identified additional viewing locations and added extra shows to provide more opportunities for guests to safely enjoy the festivities this year.
The midnight fireworks display and countdown can be experienced from anywhere around SeaWorld’s large central lake, with proper physical distancing in place to help keep everyone safe and healthy. In addition to the countdown at midnight, we will also be hosting three additional performances of our Holiday Reflections fireworks display at 6:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m., and 9:30 p.m., allowing guests of all ages to celebrate the start of a New Year!
Spaced seating, increased sanitation, additional park signage, and additional staffing will be implemented throughout the park. Additional exits will also be added for a safe exit from the park at the conclusion of the display. We’ve even introduced a new area behind Bayside Stadium that will allow for an easy exit after you ring in the New Year! SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration is taking place daily through December 31. SeaWorld transforms into a winter wonderland sparkling with holiday cheer, excitement, and over 3 million beautiful lights. Experience award-winning entertainment like the show-stopping ice-skating extravaganza Winter Wonderland on Ice. Meet Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer or head to Wild Arctic and visit with Santa himself. Enjoy the nightly Holiday Reflections: Fireworks and Fountains Finale, featuring soaring fountains, dazzling lights, and festive fireworks, choreographed to joyous holiday musical favorites. Experience an amazing SeaWorld Christmas connection that illuminates the night sky.
In addition to all the festive fun of SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration, beginning at 6 p.m. guests can also enjoy live DJ music and dancing along with delicious food, beer, wine, cocktails, and champagne on New Year’s Eve.
Upgrade the New Year’s Eve experience:
Guests can reserve a seat for a private Winter Wonderland on Ice at 11:30 p.m. followed by the best view of our midnight countdown and fireworks display. Bayside Stadium opens at 10:30 p.m. for guests with Reserved Seating Packages. Located next to Wild Arctic, this two-level stadium will provide seated viewing for both the 11:30 p.m. Winter Wonderland on Ice show and our New Year’s Eve countdown and fireworks.
