Celebrate the Holiday SEAson at The Florida Aquarium

This year, celebrate the holiday SEAson at The Florida Aquarium. Whether you want to meet Santa and his elves and their favorite Aquarium animals, or play with snow in Florida, the fun is here at the Aquarium. Check out how The Florida Aquarium will be spreading the holiday cheer below.

The Polar Express™ 4-D Experience®
Through Jan. 11, 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Florida Aquarium is getting in the holiday spirit and is featuring THE POLAR EXPRESS™ 4-D Experience its new 4-D Theater. The film is inspired by the beloved Caldecott Medal children’s book by Chris Van Allsburg and guests can feel the snow and smell the hot cocoa with the amazing 4-D effects.

The 4-D Theater is located in the Aquarium’s outdoor plaza by The Splash Pad and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. THE POLAR EXPRESS™ 4-D Experience® will run from November 15, 2017 – January 11, 2018. This 13-minute show is a family-friendly, modern classic and will be shown multiple times an hour. The 4-D Theater experience is included in general admission to The Florida Aquarium.

Saturdays with Santa
Dec. 16 and 23, 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Bring your family and friends to celebrate the holidays at The Florida Aquarium. Santa will be at the Aquarium for photos* starting the Saturday after Thanksgiving and each Saturday in December. Santa’s elves will join him and dive in the Aquarium’s Coral Reef habitat during its regularly scheduled dive presentations. *Pictures with Santa are not included with general admission.

Snow Days at The Florida Aquarium
Dec. 26 – Dec. 31, noon – 5:00 p.m.
Continue the holiday celebration at The Florida Aquarium during Snow Days at the Aquarium. Guests can enjoy a real snow play area for kids starting Dec. 26 and through Dec. 31 from noon to 5:00 p.m. The Aquarium will be open during regular business hours (9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
