Love is in the air and water at The Florida Aquarium this Valentine’s Day, so bring your sweetheart for a special dinner and enjoy their company with undersea views and thousands of animals and plants native to Florida and around the world.
Guests will be able to take a stroll through the Aquarium from 7-8 p.m. with some fun, unique Aquarium surprises and then enjoy a candlelight dinner from 8-10 p.m. along stingrays, sand tiger sharks, a sea turtle and lots of fish.

Salad Options
Traditional Spring Mix – Spring mix, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado tossed in a citrus vinaigrette
Strawberry Salad – Watercress, honey, mozzarella, strawberry, prosciutto, tossed in a chocolate balsamic vinaigrette
Entrée Options
Roasted porkloin – with a dark cherry demi glaze, yukon mashed potatoes and broccolini
Filet with truffle butter sauce – accompanied by oven roasted marble potatoes & Herbed Mushrooms
Mushroom & spinach gnocchi
Lemon & rosemary roasted chicken – on a pea & parmesan risotto
Pan seared mahi mahi with mango avocado salsa – with coconut rice and steamed asparagus.
Dessert
Chantilly filled chocolate cups with fresh berries and smoked s’mores tart served with champagne
- General tickets are $125 per person.
- VIP tickets are $150 per person and includes a table right next to the acrylic of the Coral Reef habitat with sharks, stingrays fish and a sea turtle.
Both ticket options include a commemorative souvenir photo upon arrival.
