Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort has debuted two new stores: an all-new, 8,300-square foot flagship Universal Studios Store featuring more than 2,000 signature and fan-favorite items, plus the first-ever Universal Legacy Store showcasing an extensive selection of merchandise inspired by beloved classic attractions.
The arrival of the all-new Universal Legacy Store pays homage to Universal Orlando’s celebrated 30-year history, inviting guests to explore a broad selection of retro-themed merchandise artfully staged amid decorative resort production art, vintage props, blueprint designs, and construction photos. The innovative Universal Legacy Store shines a spotlight on existing classic rides and attractions, including MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack, Revenge of the Mummy, and more, along with former beloved rides such as Jaws and Back to the Future – The Ride.
Touring Central Florida correspondent Jacob recently visited the new Universal Legacy Store and shared some images from inside through a thread on Twitter. Be sure to follow Jacob on Twitter for more news from Universal Orlando and other theme parks:
I was not sure what to expect from the new Universal Legacy Store, but for Universal park fans, prepare to be floored. There is too much content to cover in one tweet, so some highlights will be shown in this thread below ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/RZRDBaSRZD

The massive Universal Studios Store features an eclectic array of theme park collectibles, including all-time popular merchandise from Jurassic World, Illumination’s “Despicable Me” and more. A selection of brand-new items, such as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter home collection will offer guests a chance to serve up magic in their very own Hogwarts house-inspired drinkware, serving plates, coasters, and more will also be available. A new line of Hogwarts house-inspired athleisure wear, perfect for a day at the parks, will also be available for purchase alongside signature theme park favorites from toys to T-shirts and everything in between.
Select merchandise featured at these stores is also available at the Universal Orlando Online Merchandise Store. Guests can browse and purchase their favorite items and have them delivered straight to their doorstep. To shop online, visit https://shop.universalorlando.com/.
Universal Orlando continues to implement its enhanced health and safety procedures and guidelines focused on “screening, spacing and sanitization.” Key measures include screening guests and team members, enforcing social distancing, requiring face coverings, limiting capacity at the theme parks, attractions, and hotels, and increasing the already-aggressive cleaning and disinfection procedures. Universal Orlando has also launched its own contactless payment method – Universal Pay – which can be accessed through the Official Universal Orlando Resort App and allows guests to quickly scan to pay for purchases at most merchandise and quick-service food locations throughout the theme parks and CityWalk directly from the in-app wallet.
